Website Privacy Policy

Your privacy and the privacy of your non-public personal information are important to us. We use safeguards to protect your privacy and confidentiality.

This Policy describes how Evolve Mortgage Services (“Evolve Mortgage Services,” “Evolve,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and our affiliates manage personal information about you when you interact with us online through our website and any other linked websites to this Policy (collectively, the “Site”).

This Policy applies to visitors to our Site – for example, prospective and current clients, job applicants, vendors, and other visitors – and only to the information we collect through the Site. It does not apply to information we access or process on behalf of our clients while providing contracted services; we address that information separately in Section 13 below.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please do NOT use the Site.

    • Strictly necessary cookies — required for the Site to function.
    • Analytics/performance cookies — help us understand how visitors interact with the Site
    • Functional cookies — remember choices you make to improve your experience.

    The cookies we use do not collect personally identifiable information, and we do not use them to identify you. If you are not comfortable with this use, you may configure your browser to notify you when cookies are received and to give you the option to refuse cookies. However, refusing cookies may limit your ability to use certain Site features and affect your experience.

  5. How We Use Information
  6. We limit use of information to the purposes outlined below.

    • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;

    • Professional advisors, such as legal, accounting, or auditing firms, as needed;
    • Regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, property, safety, or that of others; and
    • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
  9. Employees
  10. Our employees and agents may view information you provide to perform their jobs and serve you. We do not authorize access to non-public personal information about you to those individuals who do not need to know that information to provide products or services to you, or as otherwise provided herein.

  11. Data Retention
  12. We retain information collected through the Site for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless law requires or permits a longer retention period. Criteria for determining retention periods include the nature of the information, the purpose for which it was collected, and applicable legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, as outlined in our Data Retention Policy.

  13. Data Security
  14. We maintain technical, physical, and procedural safeguards designed to protect information collected through the Site from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  15. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
  16. Depending on your state or country of residence, you may have rights regarding the personal information we hold about you, which may include the right to:

    • know or access the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected;
    • request correction of inaccurate information;
    • request deletion of personal information;
    • opt out of certain uses or disclosures, including targeted advertising or profiling, where applicable; and
    • be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.

    These rights, and the process for exercising them, vary by jurisdiction (for example, under state privacy laws such as California’s CCPA/CPRA and comparable laws in other states). To exercise any applicable privacy rights, or if you have questions about this Policy, please contact us using the information in Section 14. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

  17. Children’s Privacy
  18. The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children age 13 and under (or another age defined by applicable law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

  19. Third-Party Links
  20. The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. This Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information. We make no representations concerning the privacy policies of these third-party websites.

  21. Do Not Track
  22. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for recognizing such signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.

  23. International Visitors
  24. The Site is operated in the United States, and we process and store the information we collect in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country that may have different data protection laws than your own.

  25. Scope Limitation — Information Handled Under Client Engagements
  26. Evolve Mortgage Services and its affiliates do not originate or service mortgage loans. We provide contracted services related to underwriting, closed-loan audit, and compliance reviews to Industry Participants, including lenders, RMLOs, aggregators, investors, GSEs, HUD, state regulators, etc. In performing these services, we may access or process nonpublic information (NPI) on behalf of, and under contract with, our Clients. That information is NOT collected through this Site, is governed by our contractual and confidentiality obligations to the applicable Client and is subject to applicable financial privacy and data security requirements, including as applicable the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) Privacy and Safeguards Rules and comparable state laws. Individual consumers with questions about how their personal information is handled should refer to their lender’s own privacy notice, not this Policy.
